PLEASE READ THE BELOW

 "Question  & Answer"  BEFORE USING OUR ONLINE BOOKING, IT WILL ANSWER MOST OF YOUR CONCERNS OR QUESTIONS!

Question: Why is it is telling me $350.00 an hour with an 8 hour minimum when I try to book it online? Your "Pricing and Availability calendar" is telling me a different rate and hourly minimum, will I get the advertised price and minimum required hours

Answer: YES! Due to limitations in our online booking system the price shown while making your online booking will reflect our PEAK RATES and PEAK HOURS. No Need to worry, we will adjust your hourly rate to reflect what is shown on the "Pricing and Availability calendar"

Question: It is asking for my credit card information, will you charge the card now?

Answer: NO! We do require the credit card information to use our online booking system, however, WE DO NOT CHARGE THE CARD UNTIL WE RECEIVE A SIGNED FAXED COPY OF THE CONTRACT BACK!

Question: How much will you charge my credit card?

Answer: All reservations require a $250.00 refundable deposit, Las Vegas trips require a 50% Deposit to reserve date. All deposits are 100% refundable up to 14 days prior to reservation. Cancellations within 13 days or less will forfeit deposit and cancellations within 72 Hours of Pick Up time forfeit entire payment.

Question: When is the balance due?

Answer: The balance is due when we pick you up, you can settle with the driver then. (the only exceptions being Overnight and Las Vegas trips, they must be paid in full 7 days prior to trip date)

Question: Will I receive the Contract in my Email immediately?

Answer: NO not always, the information you enter is forwarded to us at which time we verify availability, (usually only Monday - Friday) if it is available we will email you the contract with directions on what to do next, in the event that the date has been booked already we will notify you with an email stating the date is no longer available.

Question: The "Pricing and Availability calendar" says it is available so I will get the date for sure right?

Answer: NOT necessarily, because a reservation may be pending for a particular date it may not show on our calendar. We only list reservations which have been confirmed.

Question: Will I get first priority booking on line?

Answer: YES, we do all of our business, first come first serve , if you make a reservation on a Sunday (when we are closed) you will be in line before our first phone call at 10:30 AM on Monday when we open.
