Question: Do
I have to make a payment now?
Answer: No, Not right now, you
will need to fax the contract back with the credit card information,
please remember everything we do is first come first serve. All
reservations require a $300.00 non-refundable deposit, Las Vegas trips
require a 50% Deposit to reserve date. All deposits are 100%
non-refundable. Deposits are deducted from the total balance. Cancellations within 72 Hours of
Pick Up time forfeit entire payment.
Question:
When is the balance due?
Answer:
The balance is due the day before your trip and will be billed to the
credit card on file. Sorry but we do not take cash on the day of the
trip. (the only exceptions being Overnight and Las Vegas trips, they
must be paid in full 7 days prior to trip date)
Question:
Will I receive the Contract in my Email immediately?
Answer:
YES, the contract is forwarded to the email you provided.
Question: It
shows the bus is available when I am making my reservation so I will get the date for sure right?
Answer: NOT
necessarily because we have to manually update the calendar every time
a fax confirmation is received. We usually update the calendar in the
morning when we open at 10:30 AM (not including Sundays).
Question:
How do I know I got the date?
Answer:
Once you fax back your confirmation you will receive an email receipt
for the $300 Deposit, this is your receipt and your trip confirmation.
Question:
Will I get first priority booking on line?
Answer: NO, we do all of our
business, first come first serve, but , if you make a reservation on a
Sunday (when we are closed) and fax the contract back on Sunday before
anyone else, you will be in line before our first phone
call at 10:30 AM on Monday when we open.
