Any Las Vegas trips off peak hours (Sunday – Thursday) will be
discounted up to 15% and is at our discretion
All trips departing from San Diego are subject to an addition
$350.00 mileage surcharge.

Las Vegas trips
require a 50% Deposit to reserve date.
All deposits are 100% non-refundable.
Cancellations within 72 Hours of Pick Up time forfeit entire
payment. Payment in full is required 7 days prior to trip
departure.

Question:
It only takes 3.5 hours to get to Las
Vegas right?
Answer:
NO this is a bus, you can count
on it taking at minimum 5 hours with NO stops and usually with stops
it takes closer to 6 hours. Also if you are leaving on a Friday don't
be surprised if it takes as long as 7 to 8 hours with Traffic and
accidents.
Question:
We want to be picked up at Multiple
locations, is that OK?
Answer:
The pricing allows for up to 2 pick up
and 2 drop off locations, any additional stops would be charged an
additional $75.00 per stop and arrangements MUST be made prior to trip
departure or you will be charge $350 Per stop!
Question:
How long do we get the bus for?
Answer:
Trips are restricted to 6.5 hours
long unless delays are traffic related. Any delays caused by excessive
stop times will be billed at $250.00 an hour. All trips MUST leave
within 1 hour of their scheduled departure time or you will be billed
$250.00 an hour.
Question:
So we get to use the bus all weekend?
Answer:
No, The price is only for transportation
to and from Las Vegas, any additional driving would be charged an
hourly rate with a minimum of a 2 hour rental.

Can we bring alcohol on the bus?
Answer:
YES!

Is it OK for someone under 21 years of age to
come?
Answer:
Absolutely NOT

NO, need I say more?

So we want to Leave Los Angeles at 6:00 PM to go
clubbing in Las Vegas and be back to Los Angeles at around 9 AM the
next morning, this will be AWESOME!
Answer:
We are Federally Licensed and require
that our drivers have a minimum of 8 Hours off between trips. these
type of trips sound good but are very dangerous and illegal. Any
company whom says they will do this is not federally licensed and if
they are they are not keeping legal logs.

Is there a down payment to reserve
the bus?
Answer: Yes, 50% deposit is
required when booking.
Question:
When is the balance due?
Answer: The
balance is due 7 days prior to your trip.
Question: It says the Gold
Bus Deluxe Seats 37 , how come you say it only seat 30 to Las Vegas?
Answer: The seating
capacity of 37 is the MAXIMUM occupancy , Fine for local club hopping.
We want our customers to enjoy there trip to and from Las Vegas and
having 37 people in the bus is just not enjoyable for long durations.
Question:
Can we smoke on the bus?
Answer:No,
smoking will result in cancellation of trip.
Question:
Can we open the windows during the trip?
Answer:
No those are for exit during an emergency
ONLY, on a side note, opening windows while driving through the desert
will immediately heat the interior of the bus up to an unbearable
temperature . Keep them closed.

we bring are own food or drinks on the bus?
Answer:
Yes,but anything you leave on the bus while it is laid over in Las
Vegas is going to be well cooked, while the bus is parked temperatures
inside the bus get as high as 160 F and will destroy any food you
leave behind. PLEASE DO NOT BRING CHOCOLATE also be aware there is a cleaning fee if there is excessive
clean up, so if you do bring food please throw everything out.
