All Minors (including ANYONE under
and over 21 years of age) will be required to sign the
"Leslie Bill"
before boarding the bus at the beginning of the trip. By signing
this all teens are given advance warning that they have agreed to
remain sober throughout the evening and failure to do so will
result in immediate trip termination |

The bus may only be booked by a
Parent or someone over the age of 18 Years. Irregardless of whom
books the bus we must speak with a parent and have their contact
information on hand. This parent would be considered the
"Parent On Call" |

What is a "Parent on
Call" ? |
|
This Parent would agree to be
available to the bus driver through out the duration of the bus
trip, in the event of a problem on the bus the parent would be
contacted and In some cases this parent may have to act as a
chaperone to get the students home or their house could become the
drop off point of teens or their belongings if a trip is
terminated early. |
|
Example : The bus driver takes
everyone to an "After Party" and alcohol is found on the bus or
teens become intoxicated at the party. the "Parent on Call"
would be notified and need to come meet the driver and at that
location. The parent would then need to ride on the bus and
chaperone on of the teens to there final destination immediately
ending the trip. |
|
What happens if alcohal is
found on the bus? |
|
There is no Predetermined situation
as every trip is extremely unique however the drivers do follow a
predetermined course of action. |
| If alcohol is
found at the beginning of the trip prior to departure,
trip will be immediately terminated and you will still be
charged the FULL AMOUNT! |
| If alcohol is
found after we drop you off for you dinner reservations (if
any) , any alcohol found will be confiscated and the "Parent
on call" will be notified to come meet the driver and after
the dinner reservations you will be retuned to your original
Pick up point and you will still be charged the FULL AMOUNT! |
| If alcohol is
found while you are in the dance or upon arrival to the dance
any alcohol found will be turned over to school authorities
IMMEDIATELY and the "Parent on Call " will only be notified
AFTER school Staff and Authorities. |
| If alcohol is
found after the dance it will be immediately confiscated and
the "Parent on call " will be notified and the trip will be
immediately terminated taking everyone back to the ORIGINAL
pick up location, NO Exceptions! (in certain cases bus will
not move until "Parent on call" arrives to chaperone teens
home.) |

|
If the driver suspects or finds
anyone to be using any illegal drugs or even has reasonable doubt
that someone may be under the influence, that individuals parents
will be notified and need to be immediately picked up from the
location of the bus. (this is at the drivers discretion) We have
never seen a sober person get car sick and puke in our
history in business so please don't tell us you are car sick.
(dogs get car sick and puke, people just get sick) |

The Unfortanet Fact |

If ONE person is found with alcohol
it will Destroy EVERYONE'S Night, it is IMPOSSIBLE for us to
determine who has and who has not been drinking, Choose your group
WISELY. |

DON"T Wreck your evening! |

All of the schools today Private
and Public have stepped up enforcement of underage drinking.
How? Multiple police brought in to search vehicles, random
breathalyzers, searching of individual persons and bags, and that
is just when you get off the bus at the dance. |
|
Consequences YOU NEED TO KNOW
ABOUT! |
|
Many teens today are made aware of
the extreme consequences associated with underage drinking, here
are just a few that have happened as a result of drinking on one of
our buses: |
|
We have had teens not Gradate High
school, be expelled, suspended, and even had teens Arrested on the
bus by your local police department. |
|
Is it worth it? |
|
So you are smarter then us? |
|
Historically speaking we have seen
everything. So out of the kindness of our hearts we are going to
tell you what not to try (please do not try to surprise us with
something new) |
|
Sneaking on Flasks, wrapping
alcohol bottles inside your back pack or jim bag (because you have
to have a change of clothes) bringing on water bottles full of
vodka or other clear alcohols, premixing your Gatorade before you
get on the bus (the driver would never think to sniff that LOL),
bringing on ANY pre opened container, even reseal able energy
drinks. Oh and don't think we haven't all seen the cell Phone that
is really a flask. our favorite, "I forgot something in my
car driver (usually a cell phone) can you hold on a minute?"
Usually
a girl sent to get the alcohol, 1 or 2 small bottles for the
purse, they figure since we are in a hurry to leave because
everyone is waiting it will be less obvious NOT AT ALL! |

There are more even slicker schemes
and ways to try and get alcohol on the bus but we would HATE to
give them all away. WE HAVE SEEN THEM ALL !!! |

Our drivers are instructed to keep
all bags in the luggage bay compartments when possible (this is
not always a possibility) this protects both you and the driver
from the unfortunate selfish few that would rather sneak a bottle
on to the bus for their own self gratification then care how your
night ends. |

Legal fees and Fines |
|
If at anytime throughout the
evening the bus is stopped for any reason and the driver is issued
any tickets/citations with respect to underage drinking on the bus
an immediate $1000.00 charge will be assessed and any fines
exceeding that will be the sole responsibility of the contract
holder! |

Can we bring alcohal on the
bus? |

If during the reservation process
we are asked if you can bring alcohol on we will cancel the
process at that time and not book the trip. |
