Refunds & Booking
All offers are for selected dates only and are subject to availability. The exact charter rate may vary depending on the time of the actual booking. Additional restrictions may apply. All prices and dates may not be available at the time of booking. All charter reservations require a minimum deposit of $250.00. Some deposits may be more depending on availability and length of reservation. All charters must be paid in full 2 days in advance of departure date. Reservation deposits are non refundable within 14 days of trip. You also understand that other incidentals that you may incur during your stay/tour such as room service, phone calls, club admissions, fees, damage to bus, etc. are NOT included in the price of the charter unless otherwise stated.

License to LAPB
By posting messages, uploading files, inputting data, or engaging in any other form of communication through this service, you are granting LAPB a royalty-free, perpetual, non-exclusive, unrestricted, and worldwide license to:

1. Use, copy, sublicense, adapt, transmit, publicly perform, or display any such communication.
2. Sublicense to third parties the unrestricted right to exercise any of the foregoing rights granted with respect to the communication.

The foregoing grants shall include the right to exploit any proprietary rights in such communication, including but not limited to rights under copyright, trademark, servicemark or patent laws under any relevant jurisdiction.

Policies & Procedure for Making Claims of Copyright Infringement

Pursuant to Title 17, United States Code, Section 512(c)(2), notifications of claimed copyright infringement should be sent to Service Provider's Designated Agent. ALL INQUIRIES NOT RELEVANT TO THE FOLLOWING PROCEDURE WILL RECEIVE NO RESPONSE.

This agreement is effective until terminated by LAPB, at any time without notice. In the event of termination, you are no longer authorized to access the bulletin boards and the restrictions imposed on you with respect to material downloaded from the bulletin boards, the disclaimers and limitations of liabilities set forth in this agreement, shall survive.
